COVID-19 UPDATE

In an effort to do our part to contain the spread of COVID-19, please be advised of our current plans to continue to provide services to our clients while mitigating exposure.

Youthab has been deemed anon-essential service by the Ontario Government and our offices will be closed effective March 25th until further notice.

The following outlines our strategy to date, which given the fluidity of the situation, may be subject to change on short notice.

As of Tuesday, March 17th our office will not be open to access by the public, however we will continue to provide assistance to our clients virtually. Please continue to monitor our website and social media for updates, links are listed below.

Your safety is of our utmost concern. We will continue to offer high-quality, confidential and free mental health services to assist you during this time. Our staff will continue to work with our clients via telephone appointments and through available electronic means.
For assistance or to book a phone appointment, please leave a message at 1‑866‑859‑9222 or email info@youthab.ca. We will be regularly monitoring our voice messages and email throughout our business hours.

If you are a current client and want to contact your Mental Health Therapist or if you are a new client would like to be added to our existing wait list please call and leave a message at 613‑969‑0830 or email info@youthab.ca. If you are in crisis and need immediate assistance please contact the Crisis Intervention Centre 24 hours per day/7 days per week at 1‑800‑757‑7766 and ask to speak with the Crisis Intervention Centre, or present to your nearest emergency room.
